How long does it take?
Most inspections take 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home and access to the roof, crawl space and attic.
Should I attend the inspection?
It is not required, but we recommend it. You will learn a lot from the report, and even more from walking the house and asking questions as we go.
What if the report reveals problems?
No house is perfect, and an inspection is not pass or fail. You get a detailed report with images and video so you can decide how to move forward with the purchase, from a position of knowledge.
